Opting out

If it is a case you want to be excluded totally from the service you can provide us with the Bluetooth mac address of your handset. This can be displayed by a simple keypress on most mobile phones.

For Nokia’s type in *#2820#
For Samsungs type in *#232337#
For Sony Ericsson’s type in *#2820#
For BlackBerrys it should be displayed in the MainMenu/Options/Status menu

Once pressed you will be shown a 12 digit number, email this to Support@your.mediaport.ie and we will ensure you are removed from receiving prompts from then on. Instructions for other handset manufacturers can be provided upon request.
